Common questions

I missed my morning photo — is my streak gone?
Sky Grid gives you one Rest Day per week for free (unlimited on Pro), so a single missed morning doesn't necessarily break your streak. Check the Sky Grid tab to see which days counted.

How do I remove a buddy or report a photo?
Open the buddy's profile from the Today or Sky Grid screen — you'll find Report and Remove Buddy there. Reports are reviewed by us and are never visible to other users.

How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, streak history, and buddy relationships, and cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings (iOS) → your name → Subscriptions, and select Sky Grid.
